Terms of service

These terms apply when you use fablerr.com or buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" means Fablerr Labs Limited, a New Zealand company trading as Mini Me by Fablerr. "You" means the person using the website or placing an order.
Our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy are part of these terms.
Your consumer rights come first
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other consumer law that applies to you. If anything here conflicts with those laws, the law wins.
Placing an order
You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
When you place an order, you're offering to buy the figure you designed. Our contract with you starts when we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if the product is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, or we can't print the name you asked for.
Your design
- We make your figure from the hair, skin tone, outfit, base and name you choose.
- The 3D preview is a close guide, not an exact photo. Colours on a screen can look a little different from printed plastic, and printed figures have fine layer lines.
- We print the name exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling before you order.
- We can refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the name is offensive, hateful or harassing, or uses someone else's brand or trademark.
Prices and payment
Our prices are set in New Zealand dollars. If you shop in Australian dollars, checkout shows the converted price you'll pay. Fablerr Labs Limited isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added. Shipping is added at checkout.
You pay when you place your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never see your full card details.
Making and delivery
Every figure is made to order. We aim to post it within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates. Our shipping policy has the details.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Because every figure is personalised, we don't give refunds if you simply change your mind. If your figure arrives broken, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll put it right. Our refund policy has the details.
Safety and care
Mini Me figures are collectibles for display, not toys. They have small parts that could be a choking hazard, so keep them away from children under 3. Keep figures out of very hot places, like a car dashboard in the sun, because the plastic can soften and bend.
Sharing and our content
The website, the figure designs, pictures, text and the Mini Me by Fablerr name belong to us. You're welcome to share pictures and links of Mini Mes you make, including on social media. Please don't copy our designs or website content to make or sell your own products.
A share link includes your design choices and the name on the plate, so anyone who gets the link can see them.
Using the website
Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break it, overload it or get into parts that aren't public. We try to keep the website running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. If we find a mistake in a price or description after you've ordered, we'll contact you, and you can choose to go ahead or cancel for a full refund.
Our responsibility
You keep all your rights under consumer law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If you live outside New Zealand, you also keep the protection of your local consumer laws.
