Shipping policy
Every Mini Me is 3D-printed to order in Auckland, New Zealand, then checked, clicked together and posted to you with tracking.
Where we ship
We ship to New Zealand and Australia.
When your order ships
We print and post your figure within 3 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting New Zealand public holidays. When your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
How much shipping costs
Shipping is worked out automatically at checkout from the weight of your order. Prices are in New Zealand dollars, and checkout always shows the exact cost before you pay.
New Zealand: tracked courier
- 1 figure: $9
- 2 or 3 figures: $11
- Free shipping on orders of $110 or more
Australia: international tracked
- 1 figure: $20
- 2 or 3 figures: $24
- 4 to 6 figures: $30
- 7 or more figures: from $42
How long delivery takes
After your parcel is posted, delivery usually takes:
- New Zealand: 1 to 3 working days. Rural addresses can take a little longer.
- Australia: about 4 to 10 working days.
These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Busy times like Christmas can add a few days.
Import charges for Australia
Orders sent to Australia worth less than AUD 1,000 don't normally have import duty or tax charged on arrival.
Check your address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if your parcel hasn't been posted yet. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we'll post it again, but we may ask you to cover the new postage.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every parcel is tracked. If yours goes missing or arrives damaged, email us and we'll put it right. See our refund policy for details.
